- Any complaints must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt of the goods.
- Our liability is limited to the replacement of articles that prove to be defective, subject to our examination and written authorisation.
- The goods travel at the buyer’s risk even in the case of carriage free.
- Any anomalies or visual defects found during the unloading of goods received by the carrier must be noted directly on the transport document so that a record of them also remains for the carrier. A copy must be forwarded to us by fax or e-mail.
- Returns of goods ordered in error will be assessed on a case-by-case basis according to the type of items. In any case, we do not accept returns for special non-catalogue items, nor returns of goods delivered more than 120 days ago. In cases where such returns are accepted, our written authorisation will be sent and an amount equal to 10% of the taxable value of the goods will be retained to cover all costs arising from the return. The customer also bears the relevant transport costs.
- Upon verification of authorised returns, a written report of the condition of such returns will be sent, highlighting any damaged parts and further repair costs that will be charged. Disputes that arise for any reason whatsoever shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Vercelli.
